No. 32 entered service as the "Lake Winnipeg". In 1944 it
was rebuilt and named "Lake Chamcook".
It was used on the CPR transcontinental service until 1962
when it it again became No. 32.
It is a wonderful example of the options that could be
offered the rail traveller. All the compartments are
separated from the corridor. All had adjoining doors so
could be offered as single units or any combination up to
and including the entire car.
